The invention discloses a prestress wire tensioning device, which comprises a bridge, stress holes which are formed in the bridge, steel strands which pass through the stress holes, front end conical clamping sheets which are in sliding fit with the steel strands, and a first-stage oil cylinder and a second-stage oil cylinder which are arranged oppositely and intercommunicated, wherein a first-stage piston which is fixedly connected with the steel strands is arranged in the first-stage oil cylinder; a second-stage piston which is used for pushing the front end conical clamping sheets into the stress holes is arranged in the second-stage oil cylinder; and a locking mechanism which is used for locking the second-stage piston and preventing the piston from outwards sliding is arranged in the wall of the second-stage oil cylinder. The prestress wire tensioning device has the advantages that the structural improvement is ingenious; the conical clamping sheets are pushed into hole sites into which anchorage device pads are embedded by virtue of the action of the piston; the springback is prevented; and the project quality of the bridge can be ensured.
