Aramid fiber high-strength geogrid
The invention provides an aramid fiber high-strength geogrid. An aramid fiber-reinforced thermoplastic polymer material is adopted to prepare a geogrid rib strip coating layer, geogrid rib strips are prepared through the coating of aramid fiber bundles, and the geogrid prepared through the geogrid rib strips is high in tensile strength and low in breaking elongation. Aramid fiber is adopted to serve as a geogrid reinforcement material, so that the geotechnical material has anti-creeping performance and is suitable for long-term use; and after filler and processing agents are added in melt extrusion, the aramid fiber high-strength geogrid can have good corrosion resistance and ageing resistance. The aramid fiber high-strength geogrid is simple in preparation process and excellent in comprehensive performances and can be continuously produced and have a certain market competitiveness.
