The invention discloses a small steel storage tank annular wall foundation tank bottom plate taper repairing method. The method comprises the steps that grouting holes with the horizontal included angles being 15 degrees are formed in an annular wall every 5 ms, and the holes go deep into the center of the annular wall; (2) slurry outlet valves are arranged on grouting pipes every 30 cms, the grouting pipes are inserted into the grouting holes, and the ends of the grouting pipes reach the center of the bottom of a tank; (3) grouting input pipes are connected with grouting inner pipes to be inserted into grouting outer pipes, the slurry outlet valves placed at the center of the tank are opened, grouting is sequentially conducted from the center to the side edge of the tank, and entire tank bottom soil is gradually elevated; (4) water drain holes are formed or the abandoned grouting holes are used for draining water, the soil at the center of the tank is gradually elevated, and the taper of a tank bottom plate is increased to meet the demand for 0.8%-2.0%; (5) the grouting holes are plugged by cement mortar after being cleaned up. According to the method, an original tank body structure is not changed, a sleeve valve pipe grouting method is used, the soil is gradually elevated to support the bottom of the tank while a foundation is reinforced, and equipment and people do not need to enter the inside of the tank.
