The invention discloses a rain removal device which comprises a water collection tank, wherein a horizontal water baffle is arranged at a position below the top surface of the water collection tank; four sides of a groove are closed to form a rain removal chamber by virtue of the horizontal water baffle; a water through hole is formed in the rain removal chamber; a vertical water baffle is arranged beside the water through hole; a water outlet area and a water inlet area are separated by virtue of the vertical water baffle; a water outlet pipe is arranged in the water outlet area; a water inlet pipe is arranged in the water inlet area; a rain removal pipe is arranged at the bottom of the rain removal chamber; and a rain removal control valve is arranged on the rain removal pipe. The rainfall at the initial stage is separated by virtue of the rain removal chamber, the residual rainfall flows into a reservoir, the quality of water entering the reservoir is optimized, the rain removal control valve is switched on after the rain stops, the rainwater in the rain removal chamber is discharged so as to be recycled, the rainwater in the rain removal chamber can be used for irrigation or can be used by livestock, and the rain removal device is convenient to use and operate and has the advantages that manual control is not needed in the rain removal process, the cost is low and the maintenance is not needed.
