The invention discloses an anti-blocking type inspection well cover module which comprises a cover body, a wellbay and an extension block. A wellbay main body is formed by a cylindrical wellbay wall. A water conveying plate is arranged in the wellbay and is inclined, the upper end of the water conveying plate is fixedly connected with the inside of the wellbay, the upper portion of an outer wall of the wellbay is provided with the extension block, and the extension block is fixedly connected with the wellbay wall through supporting feet. The extension block is a hollow cuboid, an impurity-accommodating trough is arranged in the extension block, an impurity-accommodating mesh basket is arranged in the impurity-accommodating trough, a water conveying pipe is installed on the bottom surface of the extension block, and the two ends of the water conveying pipe are connected with the impurity-accommodating trough and the inside of the wellbay respectively. A hook ring that can be contained in sinking groove is arranged on the top surface of the cover body, so that the cover body can be installed and moved out conveniently; the impurity-accommodating trough is arranged, sewage is guided into the impurity-accommodating trough under the flow guiding effect of the water conveying plate; large impurities are blocked through the filtering effect of the impurity-accommodating mesh basket so that the blockage in the wellbay is avoided, and the anti-blocking type inspection well cover module is convenient and swift.
