The invention discloses an aldehyde-free consolidated composite floor and a manufacturing method thereof. The aldehyde-free consolidated composite floor comprises an HDF density board, decoration wood grain paper and balance paper, wherein the decoration wood grain paper is arranged on the upper surface of the HDF density board; the balance paper is arranged on the lower surface of the HDF density board; the HDF density board is a density board which is produced by isocyanate formaldehyde component-free bonding resin; the decoration wood grain paper is a decoration wood grain PP (Propene Polymer) film which is produced by formaldehyde component-free resin; and the balance paper is an aldehyde component-free resin adhesive PE (polyethylene) film.
