The invention discloses a waterproof floor board which is constructed in that the waterproof floor board comprises a rectangular board body and a waterproof membrane coated on the external surface of the board body, wherein the board body includes a bottom board and a surface board, the bottom board adjacent to a first side wall being fixedly connected to a metal buckling piece, the metal buckling piece including a fixing end which is fixedly connected to the bottom board and an extending end which extends outwardly from the first side wall, the extending end being provided with a buckling part; the bottom board adjacent to a second side wall being provided with a first groove for a fit relationship with the buckling part of adjacent floor board, the bottom board and the surface board being provided with a grate chamber layer and wood chip materials which are filled therebetween; the grate chamber layer is formed by a plurality of vertical board ribs which mortise with one other in an intercrossing relation; the wood chip materials are filled in the grip between the bottom board and the surface board. The splicing of the waterproof floor boards herein enables a firm and steady floor. The waterproof floor board herein has the advantages of economy and applicability. The waterproof membrane can be made of thermosetting plastic, wear-resistant materials, and etc. The waterproof floor board herein is water and moisture proof and maintains floor validity.
