Method and tool for retracement of floor slab hogging moment steel bars
The present invention discloses a method and a tool for retracement of floor slab hogging moment steer bars. The method herein is arranged as that: cast concrete to a floor slab; insert the tool for retracement of floor slab hogging moment steer bar into the concrete before initial setting time; tilt the tool herein and making joint connections among the rest of the floor slab hogging moment steer bars in the concrete; straighten the tool and configure the tool to erect on the floor board in a perpendicular position so that the hogging moment steel bars are retraced to the original position as designed; hold on to the perpendicular position for 10 to 30 seconds, and incline the tool to disengage the rest of the floor slab hogging moment steel bars; take out the floor slab hogging moment steel bars, thus realizing the retracement. The method and tool of the present invention can elevate the hogging moment steel bars which are in a sinking status by being trampled by means of the tool. The method and tool of the present have the characteristics of convenient handling, recycled usage of steel bars, simple structure, easy processing, and practical usage, and can improve casting quality and reduce cost.
