The invention discloses an indoor heavy electric cabinet lifting method. The indoor heavy electric cabinet lifting method comprises the following construction steps: a heavy electric cabinet is carried to a lifting area, and a passage platform guardrail at a gate of an electric room is protectively dismantled; four lifting rings are respectively inserted into four lifting lugs of the heavy electric cabinet, and are divided into two groups; a top view from the top of the cabinet is a rectangle; two peaks of every short edge of the rectangle are formed to one group; two groups are formed; one long steel wire rope is inserted into one group of the lifting rings; one short steel wire rope is inserted into the other group of the lifting rings; and hanging hooks of a chain block are hung at the other ends of two short steel wire ropes. Compared with a conventional operation method, the indoor heavy electric cabinet lifting method has no need to build and disassemble a scaffold lifting operation platform, and has no need to operate on the scaffold lifting operation platform, so that the risk caused by the altitude operation is prevented, and the operation safety is improved; and the method can save the scaffold building/disassembling labor cost, the material cost and the material transfer cost.
