The invention provides a parking lot system capable of saving the occupied area. The parking lot system comprises a ground system and an overhead system. The ground system and the overhead system are connected through supporting rods. An entrance vehicle recognition and card outlet device is fixedly arranged at an entrance on a base. An exit charging and card collection device is fixedly arranged at an exit of the base. Parking space frames are movably connected with a rotating wheel through connection rods. The parking lot system has the advantages that the horizontal occupied area of the parking lot system is reduced, and space and parking time are saved.
