The invention discloses an electromechanical interlocking antitheft magnetic power alarm lock; a back lock cylinder thereof is totally separated from a connecting body and a front lock cylinder; the connecting body is hidden in an invisible hole; the front lock cylinder is locked by a locking end of a rotating block; a magnetic push lock and an attractive lock are hidden in the lock body and the lock cylinder for locking the back lock cylinder; the front and back lock cylinders asynchronously rotate to give an alarm; an electronic remote control device is mounted in a power supply circuit of an electromagnet to interrupt the power supply circuit of the electromagnet, and a safety lock cross cannot be opened; and the electromechanical interlocking invisibility, the mechanical interlocking invisibility, the connecting invisibility of the front and back lock cylinders and the asynchronous alarming are integrated as a whole, so that thieves cannot open the interlocking device and rotate the back lock cylinder, and only can rotate the front lock cylinder without rotating the back lock cylinder even if a slide rod and a connecting locking device are damaged by a barbaric method.
