The invention discloses a glass door sealing system. The system comprises a door leaf component and an edge frame component, wherein the door leaf component comprises a leaf frame main clamping body, a first clamping arm and a first sealing piece; the edge frame component comprises an edge frame main clamping body, a second clamping arm projected to one side of the edge frame main clamping body, a second sealing piece and a protective edge; the leaf frame further comprises a first clamping port; the edge frame further comprises a second clamping port; the first sealing piece and the second sealing piece are in butt joint to form a first sealing wall positioned between a glass door and a glass wall; and the protective edge is formed by extending the edge frame main clamping body to a direction deviated from the second clamping arm, and is butted against the leaf frame main clamping body. The glass door and the glass wall fit to form a multiple sealing effect, so that the defect of weak sealing effect of the glass door is preferably solved, and the permeability of the glass door is not influenced. The invention further provides a glass door having the sealing system.
