The invention relates to the field of mechanical devices, in particular to a detachable cushion block structure applicable to a fast door. The detachable cushion block structure comprises a door board, an electric control box for transmitting control signals and a driving device used for receiving signals of the electric control box to drive the door board to move up and down. The detachable cushion block structure is characterized in that a cushion block made of an elastic material is connected at one end of the door board close to the ground, and the cushion block and the door board are detachably connected through a connecting piece. The cushion block comprises lateral cushion entity areas located on two sides, a center cushion column area located at the center of each lateral cushion entity area and a dust-roof curtain connected in the front-back direction at the lower end of the door board and wrapping the lateral cushion entity area and the center cushion column area. The detachable cushion block structure is convenient to detach and replace, and good supporting force and elastic protection are achieved by means of design of the cushion block.
