The invention provides an intelligent parking comprehensive management device which has advantages of simple structure, reasonable design, accurate prompting and display in the parking process, high parking safety, charging after a vehicle is parked, charging stoppage when the vehicle totally leaves a parking space, high charging accuracy and high efficiency. Vehicle anti-scratch positions at two sides of the parking space keep an enough space between vehicles, and effectively prevent touch between vehicles because of oversmall distance in the parking process. Furthermore when the vehicle door is opened and closed, scratch is prevented. An LED display device matches a vehicle sensing unit for commanding parking of the vehicle, thereby ensuring high parking accuracy, and facilitating vehicle management and passing in and out. A vehicle parking lamp helps a vehicle owner to find the parking space, thereby realizing convenient and simple operation.
