The invention discloses a fixed point traction and slide rail displacement hoisting device. The device comprises a main lifting pulley block rail arranged at the edge of a roof and a matching glass carrier pulley block rail on the ground. A glass carrier pulley block is arranged on the glass carrier pulley block rail. The glass carrier pulley block is provided with a hoisting steel clamp plate device. The hoisting steel clamp plate device is connected to the main lifting pulley block on the main lifting pulley block rail by a main steel wire rope. The main lifting pulley block is orderly connected to an auxiliary fixed pulley block 1 and an electric winch matching the auxiliary fixed pulley block 1 by the main steel wire rope. The main lifting pulley block rail is orderly connected to an auxiliary fixed pulley block 2 and an electric winch matching the auxiliary fixed pulley block 2 by an auxiliary steel wire rope. The parts, located at two ends of the main lifting pulley block rail, of the roof edges are provided with multiple steel wire rope sequential lines matching with the hoisting steel clamp plate device by multiple steel beams.
