Desulfurization plaster light-weight aggregate thermal insulation mortar and preparing method thereof
Desulfurization plaster light-weight aggregate thermal insulation mortar and a preparing method thereof are disclosed. The mortar comprises following raw materials by weight: 83-95 parts of desulfurization building plaster, 5-14 parts of polyphenyl granules, 0.2-1.0 part of cellulose ether, 0.3-1.1 parts of an air entraining agent, 0.1-0.5 part of a retarder, 0.2-0.6 part of starch ether and 85-130 parts of water. The beneficial effects of the mortar and the preparing method are that (1) solid wastes, namely the desulfurization plaster and waste foams, are utilized, thus reducing the production cost, reducing environment pollution and benefiting unification of environmental benefit, economic benefit and social benefit; (2) under the premise of ensuring strength, the material dry density and the heat conductivity coefficient are reduced furthest so as to overcome the contradiction that the strength, the dry density and the heat conductivity coefficient constraint mutually; (3) material thermal insulation performance is enhanced, so that the building energy-saving index requirements can be met effectively; and (4) product construction performance is good, and the mortar is suitable for outer-wall interior thermal insulation projects of new buildings, and suitable for outer-wall interior thermal insulation project reconstruction of existing buildings.
