The invention is a mixture used for preparation of anion ceramsite and a preparation method for the anion ceramsite. The anion ceramsite is prepared from 60 to 84% of shale fly, 10 to 25% of clay, 5 to 10% of tourmalinite powder and 1 to 5% of sawdust through acquisition of the raw materials, mixing and treatment of the raw materials, preparation of raw balls, screening and circularization, sintering, etc. Due to addition of the anionic tourmalinite powder with high activity in the produced anion ceramsite, tens of thousands of counter electrodes can be formed, so electric decomposition effect is exerted on water in the moment when the anion ceramsite contacts with water, which enables water to become slightly alkaline. Macromolecular groups of water are changed into micromolecular groups under infrared action; and the anion ceramsite has strong dissolving capacity and osmotic force and can be used for advanced treatment and reclamation of water and the like for improvement of water quality. When people take a bath in water in which the anion ceramsite is soaked, blood flow is increased; and since the anion ceramsite has interfacial activity and substances like cholesterol in the body can be emulsified and do not deposit and accumulate on blood vessel walls, thereby preventing occurrence of diseases like arteriosclerosis.
