N-type PbS thermoelectric material preparation method
The invention discloses an N-type PbS thermoelectric material preparation method. The method includes: dissolving soluble lead salt, soluble sulfur source and soluble donor doping ions into deionized water, well mixing and pouring into a hydrothermal reactor with a polytetrafluoroethylene liner to realize reaction for 18-24h at the temperature ranging from 100 DEG C to 140 DEG C; naturally cooling to the room temperature, leaching, washing and drying; sintering obtained powder in a microwave sintering furnace at the temperature of 400-600 DEG C under the gas shield after cold isostatic pressing of the powder is finished. The N-type PbS thermoelectric material preparation method has the advantages of economy, environment friendliness, high resource utilization rate, simplicity and convenience in operation, high technical repeatability, high stability and the like, fine-grained PbS block materials can be obtained, and accordingly thermoelectric performance of the PbS thermoelectric material can be improved.
