Construction method for reinforcing concrete plate girder bridge through corrugated sheet steel
The invention discloses a construction method for reinforcing a concrete plate girder bridge through corrugated sheet steel. The construction method includes the steps that the bottom face of the to-be-reinforced concrete plate girder bridge is processed into a coarse bonding face, holes are drilled in the bonding face in a spaced mode, and anchor bolts are embedded into the holes; corrugated sheet steel sections are selected according to the distance between the anchor bolts, hole drilling and glue coating are carried out on the bonding faces of the corrugated sheet steel sections in a matched mode, the corrugated sheet steel sections are fixedly installed on the anchor bolts, and therefore the bonding faces of the corrugated sheet steel sections are tightly attached to the bottom face of the plate girder bridge; the edges of the two ends of the corrugated sheet steel are closed through edge sealing glue, the trough positions of two adjacent corrugated sheet steel sections are jointed and welded to form a whole, and reinforcing construction of the plate girder bridge is completed. According to the construction method, the rigidity and the bearing force of the transverse whole of the bridge are increased; main girders of the overall bridge are more even, and the single-plate stress poor condition is greatly improved. The construction method can be applied and popularized to other assembly type bridge structures, the modes of the main girders comprise T girders, small box girders, rib plate types structures and the like, and social benefits are good.
