A driving chain wheel on the driving travelling wheel is connected with the driven chain wheel on the sweeping wheel through a transmission chain, so a sanitation worker can complete sweeping work while pushing the sweeper body; due to sweeping and gathering by sweeping blades, garbage collection is conducted by the vacuum cleaner more rapidly and conveniently; a first atomization nozzle and a second atomization nozzle are arranged to spray water mist combined with raised dust on the recycling bin and raised dust on the ground, raised dust occurring in the sweeping process is reduced, work efficiency of the vacuum cleaner is improved, health of the sanitation worker is guaranteed, and the city environment is protected.
