Provided is a cleaning device for a road surface cleaning vehicle. The cleaning device comprises at least one cleaning unit. Each cleaning unit comprises cleaning nozzles communicated with a water tank, a sewage scraping and collecting device driven by a power device I, and a sewage collector corresponding to the position of the sewage scraping and collecting device, wherein the sewage collector is fixedly connected with a water seal plate cooperated with the sewage scraping and collecting device. High-pressure water flows sprayed from the cleaning nozzles are sprayed onto a road surface at a certain angle to wash accumulated dusts and sludge away to the water to form sewage flow; the sewage flow is splashed up and goes into the sewage collector along the water seal plate under the function of the sewage scraping and collecting device; and water used by the cleaning device can be recycled and can be used again after being treated, thereby improving one-time work efficiency of the cleaning vehicle.
