The invention discloses a self-elevating gravel pile construction platform which comprises a self-elevating platform, a pair of door frame structures, three joist barrow lifting machines, three sets of main hoisting mechanisms and three sets of vibroflotation devices, wherein the self-elevating platform comprises pile legs and a platform fixed on the pile legs and capable of moving vertically; the platform adopts a rectangular-ambulatory-plane structure; each door frame structure comprises at least two supporting legs and a main beam fixed at the upper ends of the supporting legs; tracks are arranged in the length direction of the main beams; two ends of each of the three joist barrow lifting machines are respectively arranged on the tracks and the three joist barrow lifting machines can move along the tracks; the three sets of main hoisting mechanisms are arranged on the three joist barrow lifting machines and can move in the length direction of the joist barrow lifting machines; each of the three sets of vibroflotation devices comprises a discharge device and a vibroflotation part; each discharge device is arranged on the self-elevating platform; and the vibroflotation parts are arranged on the main hoisting mechanisms. According to the self-elevating gravel pile construction platform, the gravel pile construction operation in deep water long-period surge water areas is realized, a construction operation window is enlarged, the construction period is shortened remarkably, and the construction efficiency is improved.
