The steady flow compensation device comprises a steady flow compensation tank, wherein the steady flow compensation tank is provided with a water inlet, a water outlet and a pressure gauge; the steady flow compensation tank is of a double-cavity structure; double cavities include a reverse flow compensation high-pressure cavity and a prepressing balance cavity; the steady flow compensation tank is internally provided with a vacuum suppressor; the lower part of the steady flow compensation tank is provided with a prepressing self-balancing device. The steady flow compensation device is connected between a water inlet of a municipal pipe network and a water inlet of a shielding type steady flow sleeve, so that a negative pressure affect can be eliminated, instant sealing by compensating a water consumption difference can be achieved at any time, ad water source pollution is avoided.
