Shock-resistant metal composite fireproof board
The invention provides a shock-resistant metal composite fireproof board which is not inflammable, high in compression strength, bending strength and shock resistance and good in heat insulation performance and is used for solving the problem that an existing fireproof board is unique in function. The shock-resistant metal composite fireproof board comprises fiber-reinforced cement boards (2), a core layer alternately compounded with heat insulation boards (3) with the heat conductivity coefficient smaller than 0.2 W/m.K and punched metal boards attached to the upper surface and the lower surface of the core layer. A manufacturing method of the fireproof board includes the steps that a, metal boards are punched through a punching device; b, the fiber-reinforced cement boards manufactured through a Hatschek method or a slurry flowing method are pre-pressed so as to be semi-hardened; c, the manufactured heat insulation boards are pre-pressed so as to be semi-hardened; d, the punched metal boards, the fiber-reinforced cement boards and the heat insulation boards are stacked according to the sequence and placed in a hydraulic forming machine so as to be pressed and formed; e, after being hardened, the boards are maintained at the indoor temperature. A fireproof insulation wall is composed of a steel-structure keel (4) and the shock-resistant metal composite fireproof boards (5) fixed to the two sides of the keel through self-tapping screws (6).
