The invention relates to a factory production and assembling type novel energy-saving lightweight composite-plate-shaped wall comprising panel layers and a thermal insulation layer. One side or two sides of the thermal insulation layer is/are provided with the panel layers. The thermal insulation layer is made of plastic extruded polyphenyl material or foaming cement thermal insulation material. The structure is low in thermal conductivity coefficient of the thermal insulation layer and has great thermal insulation effect; and has great thermal insulation effect and is simple in factory mass manufacturing. When the panel layers are arranged at one side of the thermal insulation layer, the thermal insulation layer can directly act as the indoor wall so as to be beautiful without painting or other decoration, and thus decoration cost can be saved.
