The invention discloses an assembly type shearing wall structure. The assembly type shearing wall structure comprises a shearing wall main body (1), wherein at least one vertical through hole (2) is formed in the inner part of the shearing wall main body (1); at least one bolt hole (3) is formed in the upper end of the shearing wall main body (1); at least one reserved guide hole (4) is formed in the lower end of the hearing wall main body (1); the position of the reserved guide hole (4) is corresponding to the position of the bolt hole (3) up and down. According to the assembly type shearing wall structure and the mounting method thereof disclosed by the invention, horizontal positioning can be precisely and quickly achieved, the integrity is good, the mounting is quick, a diagonal bracing is not required to support, and the auxiliary material cost is reduced.
