Vertical keel mounting structure with quick and accurate adjusting function
The invention provides a vertical keel mounting structure with a quick and accurate adjusting function. The vertical keel is provided with a bolt hole transferring force to a secondary connector of an embedded anchor to enable a bolt rod to pass through the bolt hole and be held at the secondary connector on the side of the vertical keel. One side of the secondary connector is connected with the vertical keel, and the other side is connected with an anchor plate. The vertical keel mounting structure is characterized in that a vertical error adjusting gap is left between a connecting hole, matched with the vertical keel, of the secondary connector and the bolt rod in the height direction, and a vertical keel vertical error adjusting mechanism is arranged between the vertical keel and the secondary connector. According to the connector provided by the invention, nut screwing operation is exactly the same with conventional screw-nut connecting operation, and after screwed, the nut can be locked completely through deformation of a pressure-fixation locking section without the need for welding to prevent loosening permanently, thereby avoiding welding operation during vertical keel mounting.
