The invention discloses a floor edge sealing method comprising the following steps: first, arranging edge sealing hooks at one side of a floor before the floor is laid; second, installing edge sealing hooks at the other side of the floor before the installation of the last column of floor bodies at the other side of the floor, and installing the last column of floor bodies in place; and finally, installing sealing heads at the front side of the floor and sealing edges at the two sides of the floor. The edge sealing hooks are arranged at the two sides of the floor to fix the floor bodies, and the edge of the floor is sealed by a floor edge sealing assembly composed of the sealing heads and the sealing edges, so that the firmness of the whole floor is ensured.
