Smooth rabbet profile used for sliding door
The invention provides a smooth rabbet profile used for a sliding door. The section of the profile comprises a hollow rectangular main body. The top and side walls of the bottom of the main body extend towards two sides in order to form clamping sides and fixing sides. The clamping sides are shorter than the fixing sides. Clamping openings are formed by oppositely bending end portions of the fixing sides. Straight corners are adopted by corners of the clamping openings. End portions of the clamping sides oppositely contract in order to form a limiting groove. Arc smooth transition is adopted by end portions and corners of the limiting groove. The top and the side walls at the bottom of the main body are provided with anti-skidding corrugated grooves. Anti-skidding corrugated grooves, divided in two groups, are formed in each side wall. The smooth rabbet profile used for the sliding door has following beneficial effects: by means of various and safe structural designs, superior cost performance is achieved; and selection space is provided for the design of frames and windows in a small-sized series.
