The invention discloses a fireproof wooden door production process, which comprises the following specific steps: a door core plate is filled with 60 to 120-mesh expanded perlite; a hydraulic pressing machine is used for flattening expanded perlite filling the door core plate; an upper cover plate is adhesive to the upper surface of the upper cover plate via a foam adhesive; a decorative plate is adhesive to the upper surface of the upper cover plate via the foam adhesive; a plate is placed in a cold pressing machine for being pressed; a precious plate cutting machine is used for carrying out edge cutting on the plate after pressed; and an edge bonding machine is used for carrying out edge bonding on the plate after edge cutting, and thus processing and forming are realized. The fireproof wooden door production process has the advantages that the produced wooden door is good in fireproof performance.
