The invention relates to a dual-layer ventilated window comprising a window frame. A left glass window is installed at the left of the window frame; a left ventilated window is installed in front of the left glass window; and left ventilation holes are formed in the left ventilated window. A right glass window is installed at the right of the window frame; a right ventilated window is installed in front of the right glass window; and right ventilation holes are formed in the right ventilated window. The left ventilated window and the right ventilated window are made of pieces of organic glass. The positions of the left ventilation holes at the left ventilated window and the positions of the right ventilation holes at the right ventilated window are intersected without overlapping. If the wind outdoors is strong, the glass windows are opened and the left ventilated window and the right ventilated window are closed; because of the intersected state of the left ventilation holes and the right ventilation holes, the number of the needed ventilation holes can be adjusted according to demands. Besides, because the left ventilated window and the right ventilated window are made of the organic glass, hole punching can be realized conveniently; and no crack is cause, so that the dual-layer ventilated window can be used safely.
