The invention provides an energy saving cement preparation method. 42 to 46 parts of cement clinker, 18 to 28 parts of industrial residue, 12 to 22 parts of anhydrite, 7 to 12 parts of pigment, 10 to 20 parts of fluorgypsum, 10 to 30 parts of pulverized coal ash, 10 to 20 parts of slag, 15 to 20 parts of gangue and 20 to 30 parts of coal ash are needed. By adopting the energy saving cement preparation method, cement is good in quality and can meet the normal cement strength demand.
