Cement-based capillary crystalline waterproof material and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a cement-based capillary crystalline waterproof material. The material comprises 400-500 parts of cement, 550-600 parts of quartz sand, 1.5 parts of a high efficiency water reducer, 2.0 parts of a thixotropic agent, 10 parts of silicon powder, 1.0 part of a waterproof agent, 1.0 part of an antifoaming agent, 5-15 parts of re-dispersible latex powder, and 0.5-1.5 parts of cellulose ether. The invention also discloses a preparation method of the cement-based capillary crystalline waterproof material. The method comprises the following steps: automatically metering above raw materials through an electronic scale in proportion, mixing, putting the obtained mixture in a magnetic stirrer, stirring, heating at 60 DEG C for 25-30min, adding the obtained stirred material to a finished product warehouse, packaging through an automatic packaging machine, and warehousing. The cement-based capillary crystalline waterproof material prepared in the invention has a high re-dispersible latex powder reducing rate, avoids too early combination of particles of the re-dispersible latex powder, can react with concrete to generate secondary penetration in order to fill gaps, and has a strong waterproof effect.
