The present invention relates to the technical field of road engineering materials and particularly discloses a pre-mixed dry material for cold-in-place recycling, a cold-in-place recycling mixture and a preparation method therefor. The pre-mixed dry material for cold-in-place recycling comprises the following components in parts by weight: 60-80 parts of cement, 20-40 parts of pelletized blast furnace slag powder, 0.02-0.10 part of sodium tripolyphosphate and 0.02-0.05 part of carbon black. According to the pre-mixed dry material for cold-in-place recycling disclosed by the invention, a large number of road-surface milling-planing materials can be utilized, so that the resources are saved and the pollution is reduced; moreover, the pre-mixed dry material is good in construction performance, and has better high-temperature stability and water stability.
