The invention provides a blended material. The pulverized and blended raw materials of the material include, by weight: 30 to 70 % of basalt, 0 to 30% of sandstone, 18 to 22% of fly ash or calcined coal gangue, 3 to 6% of gypsum, 5 to 10% of portland cement clinker or sulfur cement clinker and 0 to 15% of manganese ore slag or phosphor slag powder. The blended material is simple to prepare and convenient to store, transport and use. The invention further provides a preparation method of the blended material and concrete prepared through the blended material.
