Flame-retardant heat insulating material preparation method
The invention provides a flame-retardant heat insulating material preparation method which includes the steps: firstly, preparing material including, by weight, 18-25 parts of rice hull carbon, 5-7 parts of polyvinyl alcohol, 35-45 parts of water, 25-30 parts of white emulsion, 0.5-2 parts of toughening agents, 8-12 parts of gypsum powder, 0.5-1.5 parts of flame-retardant agents, 80-120 parts of glazed hollow beads and 30-45 parts of expanded perlite; secondly, integrally mixing the glazed hollow beads and the expanded perlite to grind into powder, adding the polyvinyl alcohol after water is boiled, continuing to heat and mixing, adding the mixed powder, the rice hull carbon, the white emulsion, the toughening agents, the gypsum powder and the flame-retardant agents when the polyvinyl alcohol is dissolved until particles are removed to obtain mixed liquid, uniformly mixing the mixed liquid, statically placing for 8-15 minutes, and spraying the flame-retardant heat insulating material. The prepared heat insulating material is remarkable in heat insulating effect, light in proportion, low in cost, flame-retardant and fine in toughness, and the white emulsion is added, so that the heat insulating material has high adhesive strength and meets the requirement for coating and protecting an outer wall.
