Method for producing autoclaved bricks from calcined coal gangue and acetylene sludge
The invention provides a method for producing autoclaved bricks from calcined coal gangue and acetylene sludge. The method is characterized by comprising the following steps: 1, proportioning, namely setting the weight ratio of calcined coal gangue, aggregate, acetylene sludge and admixture in raw materials to be (34-45):(35-50):(10-20):(0-0.5); and 2, evenly stirring the raw materials proportioned in the step 1, after mixing and rolling, putting the mixture into a brick molding press for molding, standing for 3-6 hours and then putting the molded bricks into a high-pressure kettle, introducing water vapor for 20 minutes to exhaust air in the kettle after autoclaving, and then introducing the water vapor of 1-1.5MPa for autoclaving for 6-10 hours, thereby obtaining the autoclaved bricks. According to the method, autoclaved bricks produced from coal ash and/or quartz sand are completely replaced by the autoclaved bricks produced from the calcined coal gangue, and the calcined coal gangue can be used for producing the autoclaved bricks having the same compressive strength level with the autoclaved bricks produced from the coal ash and/or the quartz sand in the past; as a result, the problem that the coal gangue pollutes the environment is solved; in short, the method is low in cost and obvious in economic benefit.
