High resistance and high B value NTC thermal sensitive ceramic material and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to a high resistance and high B value NTC thermal sensitive ceramic material and a preparation method thereof. The general chemical formula is Ni0.6Mn2.4-xTixO4, wherein x is greater than or equal to 0.3 and smaller than or equal to 1, and the raw materials are NiO, MnO2 and TiO2. The preparation method includes: subjecting the raw materials to ball milling and pre-sintering treatment, then conducting second ball milling to obtain powder, adding a binder, carrying out grinding, granulation and tabletting molding, and then conducting sintering into ceramic. The high resistance and high B value thermal sensitive ceramic material prepared by the method provided by the invention has room temperature resistivity of 1.6*10<5>-2.4*10<7> omega.cm, and the B value is in the range of 4600-5700k. The thermal sensitive ceramic material provided by the invention has the advantages of simple preparation process, low production cost, and suitability for industrial production, and can be made into high resistance and high B value thermistors to meet the application demands of special customers in high temperature measurement.
