Alumina-magnesia based slag blocking wall
The invention discloses an alumina-magnesia based slag blocking wall. The alumina-magnesia based slag blocking mainly comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 50% of alumina aggregates, 25% of electrically-fused spinel aggregates, 20% of electrically-fused magnesia, 3% of SiO2 and 2% of alpha-Al2O3, wherein the alumina aggregates are formed by mixing raw materials with three particle sizes of 5-8 mu m, 3-5 mu m and 1-3 mu m. In the electrically-fused spinel aggregates, 0-1 mu m aggregates account for 10%, and the 320-mesh aggregates account for 15%. In the electrically-fused magnesia, 0.0880-1 mu m magnesia accounts for 10%, and 0.088 mu m magnesia accounts for 10%. According to the alumina-magnesia based slag blocking wall, the advantages of the magnesia based slag blocking wall and the alumina-magnesia based slag blocking wall are combined to form a composite slag blocking wall, and requirements of high-meltcasting of tundish are met. In addition, the alumina-magnesia based slag blocking wall has a long service life within 12 hours, can be repeatedly used, and is ideal in economic benefit.
