The invention relates to equipment in the technical field of refrigerating members, in particular to a semiconductor refrigerating member welding machine which comprises a rack, an upper temperature adjusting plate block and a lower temperature adjusting plate block. A piston and a welding lining plate are arranged on the rack, an upper welding head is connected below the piston, a lower welding head is arranged on the welding lining plate, a heating wire is mounted in the upper welding head and the lower welding head and connected with a control device, the upper temperature adjusting plate block is mounted below the upper welding head, the lower temperature adjusting plate block is mounted on the lower welding head, a pipeline is arranged inside the temperature adjusting plate blocks and communicated with a high-temperature liquid box and a low-temperature liquid box through a conveying device, and the conveying device is connected with the control device. The semiconductor refrigerating member welding machine has the advantages that welding quality can be improved by lowering temperature of a refrigerating member within a short time and maintaining the refrigerating member at certain temperature for a stable process, and effect of reducing energy resource waste and guaranteeing production efficiency is realized.
