The invention relates to an outdoor plastic basketball field, wherein the components comprise isocyanate, polyether polyol A, polyether polyol B, a solvent, waste tire rubber, EPDM rubber particles, a pigment, an auxiliary agent, a filler, and a polymerization inhibitor. According to the present invention, the basketball field prepared by adopting the formula has the following characteristics that: the high standard quality can be maintained in any seasons and at any temperatures, wherein the basketball field can be immediately used after raining so as to increase the utilization time and improve the field utilization rate; the basketball field has appropriate elasticity and rebounding force so as to reduce physical consumption and enhance competition result; the impact force on feet can be moderately absorbed, such that the sport injuries can be reduced, and the basketball field is suitable for long-term training and competition; color fading, powdering or softening caused by ultraviolet rays, ozone and acid rain pollution can not be produced, and the bright color can be maintained for a long time; and the maintenance is easy, and the management cost is saved.
