The abrasion-resisting bucket teeth are prepared by, by weight, raw materials including C 2.2-2.5%, V 8.5-11%, Cr 5-6.5%, Ni 2-3%, Mn 0.8-1.1%, Co 0.5-1%, Si 0.6-0.8% and the balance Fe through smelting and casting, wherein an impurity P is smaller than or equal to 0.03%, and an impurity S is smaller than or equal to 0.02%. The abrasion-resisting bucket teeth prepared by the preparation method have good hardness and toughness and are excellent in abrasion resistance.
