Heat exchanging hollow pile and construction method thereof
The invention discloses a heat exchanging hollow pile which comprises at least one hollow pile and a heat conducting pipe. At least one pair of fixed pulleys is arranged on the inner side of the pile bottom of a hollow pile placed at the bottom layer. A pile bottom blocking plate is arranged on the lower side of each fixed pulley. A plurality of sleeve hoops are arranged on the inner side of the hollow pile in the vertical direction of the fixed pulleys. The heat conducting pipe is arranged on the inner side wall of the hollow pile by penetrating through the sleeve hoops and being wound around the fixed pulley block. A pulling rope is arranged on the heat conducting pipe between each pair of fixed pulleys. The invention further provides a construction method of the heat exchanging hollow pile. The heat exchanging hollow pile and the construction method thereof have the advantages that the heat conducting pipe is arranged conveniently, construction on the prefabricated hollow pile is not affected, and the problem that during pile core soil backfill, the backfill compactness of pile core soil cannot be controlled easily, so that heat conducting efficiency is affected is solved. The arrangement of the heat conducting pipe has little influence on pile extension of a prefabricated pile, the main obstacle on construction of a traditional prefabricated energy pile is overcome, and construction cost is low.
