The invention discloses a construction method for an ultra-deep well pit in a surface drainage foundation pit. Due to the mode that a foundation pit earth work excavating manner is improved, a steel plate with a water stopping wing ring is flatly laid at the bottom of the foundation pit and a steel pipe is reserved in the center of the steel plate, the consumption of labor force is greatly saved, the bearing force of an aquifer is easily improved, the phenomena of piping are reduced, and the influences of earthwork time effects are eliminated.
