The invention discloses an anti-falling inspection well cover assembly which comprises a well platform, a cover, a support layer and an anti-falling net. A groove which is matched with the cover is formed in the well platform, the support layer is arranged at the bottom of the groove, a gravity compressing rubber ring is arranged at the upper edge of the support layer, a plurality of check blocks are arranged at the bottom of the well platform and are equidistantly arranged on the inner wall of the well platform, and the anti-falling net is mounted above the check blocks and is matched with the inner diameter of the well platform; the cover is of an inverted trapezoid structure, a protrusion is arranged in the center of the lower portion of the cover, and an extension portion is arranged on a side surface of the cover. The anti-falling inspection well cover assembly has the advantages that the anti-falling net is arranged in the well platform, so that falling accidents can be prevented when the cover moves out; hook rings which can be retreated into countersunk grooves are arranged on the top surface of the cover, so that the cover is convenient to mount and move out; the extension portion arranged on the side surface of the cover and a positioning groove formed in the well platform are fittingly mounted, so that the cover can be firmly mounted, and can be prevented from being separated from the anti-falling inspection well cover assembly when being impacted, and the stability of the anti-falling inspection well cover assembly can be improved.
