The invention discloses a pipe network pressure-superposed non-negative-pressure water supply device with an auxiliary pump for energy saving. The pipe network pressure-superposed non-negative-pressure water supply device is mainly composed of a flow stabilization tank, a negative pressure eliminator, the small-flow auxiliary pump, main pumps and a control cabinet. The flow stabilization tank is of horizontal type stainless steel closed structure, a separating plate is arranged in the flow stabilization tank, and the flow stabilization tank is divided through the separating plate into two parts including a flow stabilization cavity and a small-flow pressure maintaining cavity; the two to four main pumps are arranged in parallel; and one small-flow auxiliary pump is selected in cooperation with the main pumps, the flow of the main pumps preferentially ranges from 1/4 to 1/3, and the lift is equal to the lift of the main pumps or is 15%-20% smaller than the lift of the main pumps.
