The adjustment and storage type pump station water supply device comprises a water source, a water supply pump station, an electric control valve, an adjustment and storage device, a pump station control unit and a water level control unit, wherein the water supply pump station is connected with the water source for water taking and pressurizing; the water outlet of the water supply pump station is sequentially connected with conveying pipe network and medium users, the electric control valve and the adjustment and storage device; the water outlet of the adjustment and storage device is connected with a water pipe network for water supply; the water supply pump station and the water source are respectively in wired communication with the pump station control unit; the electric control valve and the adjustment and storage device are respectively in wired communication with the water level control unit through wires; the water level control unit is in wired communication with the pump station control unit; and the pump station control unit controls operation of the water supply pump station according to the water level control unit.
