The invention relates to an intelligent emergency water supply system which comprises pressure sensors, a frequency conversion control module and a user terminal. The pressure sensors are arranged on the lateral wall of a main water supply pipe of a municipal administration water supply pipeline to monitor pressure information of the main water supply pipe in real time and transmit the pressure information to the frequency conversion control module. The frequency conversion control module judges water amount in the main water supply pipe according to the received pressure information. When the water amount is smaller than a preset value, the frequency conversion control module transmits warning information to the user terminal. The user terminal receives the warning information transmitted by the frequency control module and conducts corresponding treatment. The intelligent emergency water supply system ensures emergency water supply for the user in 6-60 minutes after accidental water supply cutting off and informs each user to make preparation and conducts temporary emergency water storage to further ensure humanized water supply. When water quality changes suddenly, the system can inform the user timely.
