Disclosed is a novel fountain plastic water tank, which is composed of a hand washing container, a block ring for a stainless steel shaft, a draining valve, a flexible plastic pipe, a water level control valve, and a water-inlet angle valve. The fountain plastic water tank is characterized in that tap water passes through the water-inlet angle valve, the water lever control valve, and the flexible plastic pipe, is sprayed from the edge of the bottom, with an angle of 8 degrees, of the hand washing container to the middle of the hand washing container, and is used for washing hands. The tap water for washing hands falls back to the water tank. The width of the hand washing container is about 100 mm larger than the water tank. When the water level of the water tank reaches a specified height, water inlet is shut off by the water level control valve. The tap water in the water tank is used for washing a squatting pan in the next time. The tap water is used for twice; the tap water for washing hands is saved; and water resource is saved.
