The invisible floor drain device comprises an invisible floor drain and a cover. A plurality water inlets are evenly formed in the cover. The invisible floor drain is disposed at the bottom of the cover. The top of the cover is provided with water inlets. A filter screen is disposed on the water inlets. The draining system comprises the invisible floor drain device. The construction method includes: producing the same-layer draining and water-guiding invisible floor drain device according to determined size; mounting the produced invisible floor drain device. The invisible floor drain device, the draining system with the same and the construction method of the draining system have the advantages that the invisible floor drain device is mounted in the mounting structure layer, and the water inlets are evenly formed in the cover; when water is drained through the water draining system, water accumulated at different parts of the mounting structure layer can be drained through the water inlets in the cover, draining capacity is increased, and water leakage is avoided.
